基于ANSYS/LS—DYNA的二辊矫直过程数值模拟

摘    要:应用非线性有限元分析技术,利用ANSYS/LS—DYNA动态模拟二辊矫直机矫直过程,得到了二辊矫直机矫直过程的应变场、应力场等参数的变化特点;分析了不同倾斜角度对矫直质量和矫直精度的影响,可指导现场工程人员迅速调整好矫直辊斜角;给出了矫直过程的矫直力和导板力,为新设备的开发提供理论依据。

Abstract:Nonlinear FEA technique is used to simulate the based on LS/DYNA module of ANSYS. The characteristics whole process of two-roll straightening dynamically of stress and strain distribution during the two-roll straightener were obtained by the finite element analysis, and the quality and accuracy of straightening in different angles were analyzed to guide on-site engineering personnel to quickly adjust straightening rol! angle. The straighte-ning forces and the guide plate forces have been calculated, which will provide theoretical basis for the development of new equipment.
