| Abstract: | The idea of the compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance system is to protect the interest of the injured party. There are some obstacles in China that prevent the realization of the ideal. Most of all, the main obstacle is the flaws of the compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance system. The article focuses on the flaws of compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance system and some countermeasures are proposed. |
