摘    要:数控切绘机控制系统对切绘机工作效率及延长切刀运行寿命起着重要作用.为了提高控制效率、硬件可靠性及性价比,设计了一款低成本、高效率并可靠的切绘机控制系统.系统采用飞利浦公司的LPC2138芯片为主控制器,并移植具有较高稳定性的μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,以实现多任务之间的调度.为了提高切绘过程中图形排列效率及材料利用率,提出了采用贪婪算法与递归算法中分而治之策略相结合的算法进行排样优化.经试验证明本算法比一般排样算法具有更高的效率和可靠性,有效提高耗材利用率.

Abstract:Numerical controller is playing important role for improving working efficiency and prolonging knife life-span.This paper is a cutting control system which is low cost,high efficiency and reliable.The hardware of system adopt the LPC2138 and transplant the higher stability RTOS-μC/OS-Ⅱ.In order to improve cutting stock efficiency and material utilization ratio.This paper combine the greedy algorithm and divide and rule tactics to solve cutting stock problem.Through the test,this algorithm has higher efficiency and reliability.
