基于模糊层次分析法的码头堆场设备选型

摘    要:以大型集装箱码头堆场设备选型问题为研究对象,介绍集装箱码头堆场装卸设备的主要类型以及在不同环境中对堆场及整个码头作业效率的影响,从而分析得出集装箱码头堆场设备选型原则及其评价指标体系.在此基础上,运用优化的模糊层次分析法,总结出我国集装箱码头堆场中装卸设备选型的数学模型,并结合实例给出具体的评价结果.该模型将三角模糊数引入专家的判断信息,并构建矩阵调整因子,减少了专家主观因素的影响.

Abstract:Taking the problem of yard equipment selection in container terminal as a background,this paper introduces the main types of handling equipments in container terminal and the influence of each device on operation efficiency on the yard and the overall terminal,and then proposes the principle and index system of storage yard handling equipment.On the basis of these,the theory of optimized fuzzy AHP is applied to sum up the mathematical model of selection of handling equipment in our container terminal,and the specified assessing results are given in combination with the practical problem.Then trigonometry fuzzy numbers are introduced into specialized judgment.At the same time,the impact of subjective factors from experts is reduced through making up judgment factors of matrix.
