摘    要:通过高温焙烧法对辽宁黑山膨润土改性,分析了改性膨润土对苯酚溶液的处理效果。实验使用不同焙烧温度的改性膨润土,探讨了固液比、吸附时间、吸附温度、苯酚浓度等条件对苯酚溶液的吸附效果。结果表明:600℃改性膨润土的吸附效果最佳,苯酚去除率为68.3%;最佳吸附条件为,苯酚浓度为20mg/L、固液比为6g/L、常温吸附时间1.5~2h。

Study on effect of phenol wastewater treatment with roasting modified bentonite

Abstract:Modified bentonite has been parepared thoough roasting pfocesdure at high temperature, and its effect for phenol solution treatment sdudied as well. The adsorption effects of phenol solution were investigated using modified bentonite samples roasted at different temperature under different ratio of solid to liquid, adsorption time, adsorption temperature, concentration of phenol. The results show that the best adsorption effect comes from modified bentonite roasted at 600℃ with the best phenol removal rate of 68.3% under the best adsorption conditions of 20 mg/L phenol concentration and 6 g/L ratio of solid to liquid that adsorpted 1.5-2h at normal temperature.
