高纯度异戊烷的制备方法研究

摘    要:目前炼油厂生产的异戊烷产品酸值在(20~80)×10-6mgKOH/g左右,不符合乙烯生产用制冷剂的企业标准(5×10-6mgKOH/g以下),为增强异戊烷产品在市场上的竞争力,需将其酸值降至5×10-6mgKOH/g以下。将未合格的异戊烷样品经浓硫酸搅拌,使样品碘值降至合格后,再通过装有碱片的分离柱使其酸值达到要求。

Abstract:The acid value of the products of isopentane which are produced by the oil refinery is about 20 to 80 ×10^-6 mgKOH/g ,it is not up to the standard (below 5×10^-6 mgKOH/g) of freezing medium used for ethylene producing, In order to strengthen the products of isopentane on the market competitiveness, it demands that the acid value must be below 5 ×10^-6 mgKOH.Mix the mixture of the concentrated sulfuric acid and the disqualification of the isopentane sample,make the Iodine value of he sample drop to the standard,then put it into the splitter which contains base pills with the result that the acid value is up to the standard.
