| 摘 要： | 利用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对马齿苋全草的正已烷萃取物进行分离纯化，经理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定，得到6个单体化合物，分别鉴定为：β-谷甾醇（1）、亚油酸三甘油酯（2）、黑麦草素（3）、正二十六烷醇（4）、α－棕榈酸单甘油酯（5）、β-谷甾醇葡萄糖苷（6）。其中化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | The hexane extractive from portulaca oleracea L.. were isolated by column chromatography and HPLC. By spectral properties and the literatures of their structures 6 compounds were identified as β-sitosterol （1）, linoleic acid glycerol ester（2）, DL-epiloliolide（3）, ceryl alcohol（4）, α-palm acid monoglyeeride （5）, β-sitosterol-glucopyranoside（6）. The compound 3 was isolated from this plant for the first time. |
