| 摘 要： | 研究了奥氏体不锈钢细长弯管的化学抛光液的组成及抛光工艺参数，讨论了抛光液的组成成分和抛光温度、时间对表面光洁度的影响.经过实验，筛选出一组化学抛光添加剂并找出最佳抛光工艺参数，抛光后细长弯管的表面光洁度能达到所要求的效果.

| Abstract: | The chemical polishing solution ingredient for slender stainless steel bended pipe and processing parameters are researched. The influence of ingredient, temperature and time of the polishing solution workpieces surface finish is discussed. By experiments, a group of chemical polishing additive is picked and the optimum processing parameters are obtained. The results show that surface finish of the slender bended piep after polishing is satisfactory. |
