摘    要:提出了一种服装缝纫流水线的优化设计方法 .它先由工序分析表简化后 ,再生成有向网络图 ,进而确定出优先权区域 .最后 ,利用优先关系和优先权区域以及组合范围h进行编组 .在编组时 ,还考虑到了具体的限定设备和相容关系 ,实例表明这种编制方法具有更高的有效性 .

Abstract:A optimized design method of garment sewing assembly line is put forward and its solution is given in this paper. After predigesting working procedure analytic diagram, designer creates the vector graph and marks off priority area. At last, organizing into groups is finished by priority connection, priority area and assembled range h. When organizing into groups, designer considers material and limited equipment and parallel connection. A example is studied in the end to demonstrate the higher effectiveness .
