面向PLC自动控制生产过程的实时仿真系统设计

针对三维物流仿真模型只能间接模拟自动化生产运行过程的现状,提出了一种利用Flexsim仿真软件建立基于PLC控制信号的实时仿真模型.运用WinCC组态软件提取PLC中的控制信号参数,通过VB程序设计,将控制信号参数存储到SQL数据库中,完成控制信号采集任务.再利用Flexsim仿真模型中触发器代码,调用SQL数据库中对应实时参数来控制仿真模型的运行,实现实时仿真.在分析实时仿真系统数据处理的过程中,重点研究了PLC信号采集和Flexsim数据调用方法.最后,将研究结果用于"环保型废旧轮胎综合处理设备"项目中油路、温度等控制系统仿真,仿真过程经验证达到了实时仿真效果.

Design of Real-Time Simulation System for the Production Process of PLC Automatic Control

For the three-dimensional logistics simulation model can only simulate the status of automated production operation indirectly,a new PLC signal based real-time simulation model was put forward by using Flexsim software.The model obtained the PLC control signal parameters by utilizing WinCC configuration software.These parameters were put into a SQL database with the help of VB program.By using the trigger code of Flexsim simulation model,the simulation model was controlled and the real-time simulation were realized through the calling of the corresponding parameters of SQL database in real-time.The methods of PLC signal acquisition and data manipulation were highlighted.The proposed method was applied in the oil and temperature control system for the project "waste tire integrated processing and environmentally friendly equipments".
