| 摘 要： | 文章研究了跨国公司的一体化—当地化战略选择,及在特定战略指导下经营策略问题。基于对200家跨国公司的问卷分析,得出结论:跨国公司进行跨国经营存在几种基本的战略类型;选择不同经营战略的跨国公司在绩效方面体现出显著的差异;来自于不同国家或地区的跨国公司在一体化—当地化程度上表现出显著的差异;

| Abstract: | From the perspective of strategic management,this research examines the selection of integration localization strategies by Multinational Companies.There are three sets of fundamental strategies for MNCs in China;the operational efficiency of companies choosing＂Parent Companies Management Mode Oriented Constrained Type＂and＂Chinese Management Mode Oriented Constrained Type＂are higher than that of＂Chinese Management Mode Oriented Autonomous Type＂：there is no significant variation in strategy selection among MNCs from difference countries. |
