| 摘 要： | 高职教育加强校园文化建设必须以就业为导向；与企业文化对接的高职校因文化具有激励、塑造、训练以及创造的教育价值；高职校园文化与企业文化对接，应该以高职院校为主体，以企业文化为主导，以精神文化为重点，以制度文化和行为文化为抓手，以物质文化为基础，以课程文化为亮点，以实践教学为桥梁，以文化活动为平台。

| Abstract: | The construction of campus culture should be based on employment-oriented.The interchange of higher vocational culture and enterprise culture should take higher vocational schools as main body,be guided with enterprise,emphasize spirit culture and be based on material culture,and pay attention a lot attention to practice teaching and culture activities. |
