| 摘 要： | 培养大量的有个性的创新型人才是实现科教兴国、人才强国战略的重要前提,而学生的个性培养又需要一个民主、宽松的教育环境。文章以杜威进步主义教育思想中教育民主为视点,解读个性的内涵及其认识误区的矫正,提出教育民主是学生个性培养的前提,推行个性化教育是学生个性培养的路径抉择。
