| 摘 要： | 高校图书开架借阅有利于简化借阅手续,开拓读者视野,减轻图书管理人员的劳动强度。但也带来图书错架、乱架现象严重,图书破损加快和丢失。在开架借阅情境下,要做好图书管理与服务,其主要措施是提升素质,提高图书管理人员的责任感,树立终生学习理念,不断更新知识,科学合理安排藏书布局,加强对读者的宣传教育和引导、建立健全各项规章制度和加强执行力度。
