| 摘 要： | 2004年7月,新《企业集团财务公司管理办法》的出台给财务公司的发展带来了新的创业高潮,但从财务公司发展的现实情况来看,新《办法》在准入制度、防范信用风险、监管等方面仍然存在着诸多不足,有待进一步改进和完善。
