基于智能网实现号码携带的研究

在个人通信系统中，号码携带业务是其中的业务之一。文章详细设计了两种号码携带业务的实现方案与方案图。基于智能网采用电话名系统实现号码携带业务的两个典型解决方案：通信公司携带码方案为业务提供者提供号码携带业务，位置选路号码携带方案用以解决位置携带。两种方案均通过智能网实现，并采用将用户地址与网络地址分离的电话名系统来解析电话名，从而实现真正意义上的号码携带。

The Research into LNP Realization Based on IN

in personal communication system(PCS), one of the services is local number portability(LNP).This paper designs two ways of the realization of local number portability and the realization diagrams in detail. It mainly presents two typical solutions to the realization of local number portability based on intelligent network(IN) and phone name system(PNS):carrier portability code(CPC) is the solution to service provider portability.Location routing number(LRN) can resolve location portability. These two solutions can be realized through intelligent network, and they are adopted by phone name system(PNS) which separates the user address and the network address to translate the phone name, thus we can realize the number portability in the true meaning.
