刍议对大学生进行必要的“负强化”道德教育

"负强化"的道德教育是指"批评惩罚"、"纪律约束"、"挫折体验"等一些会令学生觉得"不愉快"、"不舒服"的教育方式、手段。与"正强化"的道德教育方式一样,不快的刺激教育同样也是为了达到教育人的目的,尤其对品行不良的学生是一种必要的教育补充。"负强化"道德教育的前提是热爱学生,在实施的过程中应尽力做到适时适度、整体协调,具有针对性和灵活性。

On the Necessary "Negative Enforcing" of Moral Education to the Undergraduates

The "negative enforcing" moral education refers to the educational ways such as "criticizing and punishing","discipline restricting","frustraton experiening",which make students unhappy and uncomfortable.Like the "positive"one,the unhappy education can also gain its educational goals by spurring students,especially for the immoral students;it is a necessary supplementation of moral education.The precondition of the unhappy moral education is to care about students,and it should be made moderate,coordinated,pertinent and flexible during its implementation.
