| 摘 要： | 装备保障系统要适应环境的不断变化,满足不确定性的装备保障需求,提高快速反应能力和灵活应变能力,必须具有可重组性。分析了装备保障系统面临的挑战,提出了装备保障系统可重组性的概念,探讨了其基本内涵、主要特征、设计原则、管理方式和运行机制。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt the constant change of environment,meet the uncertain equipment support demands,and raise the rapid response ability and flexible emergency ability,the equipment support system must have reconfigurability.The paper analyzes the challenge which is faced by the equipment support system,puts forward the reconfigurability concept of equipment support system,approaches its basic connotation,key features,design principles,way of management and implementation mechanism. |
