| 摘 要： | 档案安全保护是档案永续利用的前提，在新时期的档案工作中处于十分重要的地位。结合档案馆(室)的工作实际，新时期档案安全保护工作包括文字记录的纸质档案的安全保护、以数字代码序列记录的电子档案的安全保护、档案工作者自身的安全保护三个方面。应当从这三个方面采取积极的防治措施，并使之有机结合起来，更好地促进档案资源开发利用工作的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The protection of files is the prerequisite for their permanent use and it has a very important position in the file work of the new era. According to current practice in file work, safety precautions include the following thre e aspects: the protection of traditional paper files, the protection of electron ic data in digital codes, and the protection of file clerks themselves. Effectiv e measures must be taken to integrate the three aspects and promote the healthy exploitation of file resources. |
