内循环厌氧反应器的启动研究

摘    要:针对内循环厌氧反应器的启动受很多因素的制约问题,阐述了IC反应器污泥接种和一次启动阶段的特点及主要影响因素,就IC反应器接种污泥、进料方式、运行温度和负荷的提高方法等问题进行了讨论,提出了相应的解决方法,对IC反应器的快速启动具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The start-up of internal circulation reactor plays an important role.Properties of its first start-up and inoculated sludge are reviewed and the influencing factors have also been investigated.The process of the first start-up includes three steps:adaptation,loading improving and full loading.Finally,the problems during start-up including sludge inoculation concentration,feeding method,temperature,loading improving method and so on,have been solved through discussion,which can instruct the operation in practice.
