高精度电感测微仪电路的设计

摘    要:电感测微仪进行高精度测量在精加工系统中很重要,基于电感测微仪电路中正弦波发生器和变压器电桥的设计方法,提出了运用计算机软件进行数字滤波消除测量过程中随机干扰,利用线性回归方法减小系统误差,以提高测量精度.

Abstract:The importance of the inductance sensor to carry out the high-accurate measurement in the finish machining system has been introduced, and the designing method of sine generator and transformer bridge in the inductance sensor circuit system is discussed. Furthermore, in order to improve the method of measure precision, the method by using computer software with digital-filter to eliminate the random interference and using linear regression to reduce the systematic error has been proposed also.
