全自动动平衡机测试系统的研究与设计

摘    要:根据动平衡机测试系统的功能需求,分析了测试系统的几个关键实现技术,提出了一种模拟与数字相结合的测试方法,给出了基于ARM的动平衡测试卡的硬件实现电路和软件流程.实验结果表明,该测试系统能够准确地检测出不平衡量的大小和相位.

Abstract:According to the functional requirements of the dynamic balancing machine test system, several key techniques are ana- lyzed. A combination of analog and digital test method is presented, and the ARM-based hardware circuit and software process of the dynamic balancing testing card is given. Test results indicate that the system can calculate the unbalanced masses and position accu- rately.
