| 摘 要： | 针对水资源开发利用所面临的问题,阐述了水资源配置的作用,归纳总结了国内外水资源配置的研究成果,结合当前水资源领域的研究现状和发展趋势,指出水质水量联合优化配置、基于水循环的广义水资源配置、优化和模拟相结合的配置模型等是水资源配置研究的重点.
