摘    要:表面缺陷检测是机器视觉检测领域的一个主要问题,针对版滚镀铜表面缺陷的特点,提出一种动态阈值缺陷检测算法。该算法采用整体结合局部的灰度特征方法、利用缺陷表面与正常表面的差异对镀铜表面进行检测。实验结果表明,该算法能精确的检测出各类缺陷所在位置及其面积大小且速度较快,达到了在线检测的要求。

Abstract:Detection of the surface defection based on computer vision is a main problem in detection field. Aiming at characteristic of surface defects of copper plating, a dynamic threshold method for the trait of defection in the surface of copper plating is put forward. In the algorithm, surface defects are detected through combining the gray feature of the whole and local using the difference between natural and defective surface. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can detect the position and area of defection effectively and meet the requirements of online detecting.
