| 摘 要： | 对滚珠丝杠副中的关键部件—返向器的圆珠通道孔型空间曲线的设计进行了分析，应用几何学方法，给出了表达式，并结合工程实践，就如何保证滚珠返回通道短、流动通畅、磨损减少、传动效率提高，提出了合理的设计参数和可应用于设计过程的设计方案．

| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with the profile of ball-retum channel in the return unit, which is the critical part of ball screw drives.The spacewise curve of the profile is analyzed,and its formula is given through geometry method. In the tight of practical engineering, the reasonable design parameters and plan are put forward which can shorten the ball return channel,smoothen its flow movement and improve the transmission effectiveness. |
