摘    要:针对28MnCr5齿轮毛坯硬度检测中速度较慢和检测准确率不高的问题,依据电磁无损检测原理,以单片机和人工神经网络技术为核心,在Visual Basic开发环境下,运用VB的通信控件,实现51单片机与PC机之间的串行通信,建立了快速电磁无损检测数据采集与处理系统。实验证明,该系统具有快速、准确、适用性强的特点,在对28MnCr5齿轮毛坯硬度的检测中,检测性能较原始电磁无损检测方法有很大提高。

Abstract:A data acquisition system for nondestructive testing on the hardness of Gearwheel Roughcast made of 28MnCr5 is constructed by single-chip-microcomputer and artificial neural network, Serial communication between PC and 51 single-chip- computer in Visual Basic is designed in this paper to solve the problem the speed is slow and the accuracy is not very high in the course of testing on the quality of steel and iron, with the theory of electromagnetic nondestructive testing. It is by simulated experiment proved that can be applied to nondestructive testing of the quality of most kinds of steel and iron include of hardness of Gearwheel Roughcast made of 28MnCr5 in short time and has high accuracy than before.
