摘    要:在伺服控制系统中,受逆变器死区效应的影响,输出电流存在畸变,使得系统性能降低.针对此问题,在分析了死区非线性误差的基础上,提出了一种在线死区补偿方法,利用相邻两个采样周期死区幅值变化缓慢的特点,估计出下一时刻的死区误差电压进行补偿,该方法不依赖电流的极性检测,不需要额外的硬件电路支持,算法简单有效,且能够针对死区的非线性误差补偿.仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地降低输出电流谐波分量,改善波形的正弦性,相比传统离线补偿方法,具有更好的补偿效果.

Abstract:Generally in servo control system,there exists distortion in output current due to inverter dead time effects,making system performance degraded.To solve these problems,we present a new on-line dead time compensation method after analyzing the nonlinear error.Dead time effects are compensated by estimating voltage error because of amplitude of error voltage will not be changed abruptly during two adjacent sample times.The proposed method does not rely on current polarity detecting and needs no extra hardwire.The realization of algorithm is simple and it takes nonlinearity into consideration.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate this method can effectively reduce the current harmonics,make output sinusoidal and have better performance than the traditional off-line way.
