| 摘 要： | 针对大型汽轮发电机定子线圈生产过程中提高水接头焊接质量问题，采用模糊控 制技术对难以建立精确数学模型而又影响焊接质量的焊接温度和焊接时间进行了自动控制． 试验证明：该控制系统适应工业现场的恶劣环境，控制精度完全满足工艺要求．

| Abstract: | For improving the welding quality of stator coils in manufacture of the stator of turbo-generator, the welding temperature and the welding time that have influence on the welding quality and also have difficulty on constructing the precise mathematical model are controlled by using Fuzzy control method in this paper. It is proved that the accuracy of the control meets with the request of the welding craftwork and the control system is fit for the aw- ful conditions by the experiments. |
