| 摘 要： | 廉租住房制度既是一种住房保障制度,又是住房制度改革的一项重要内容。该制度自1998年实施以来,已取得显著成效,积累了丰富的经验,同时也暴露出了不少问题,只有加强廉租住房的制度建设和管理,使其不断完善,才能真正解决城镇最低收入家庭的住房问题。

| Abstract: | Cheap rental housing system not only os inexpensively one kind of housing safeguard system,also is an important content of housing system reform. That system gets obvious result in acquisition, backlog abundant experience, also exposed not a few problems since 1998. Only then strengthens rents the housing inexpensively the system construction and the management, causes it to consummate unceasingly, can truly solve the cities lowest income family accommodation. |
