600MW超超临界机组控制策略研究

摘    要:600 MW超超临界机组的热工控制面临许多新的问题,具体到热工控制回路而言,超超临界机组主要增加了启动系统控制回路和水煤比控制回路,而且在给水系统控制回路、燃料系统控制回路、过热汽温控制回路以及机组级控制和运行方式上有了新的变化.这就对超超临界机组的热工控制提出了新的要求,以华能营口发电厂600 MW超超临界3#、4#机组为例,就上述问题的控制特点和控制策略进行讨论,以期为同类机组热工控制系统的设计提供参考.

Abstract:The thermal control of 600 MW ultra-superciritical units faces many problems.Specific to thermal control circuit,the starting system control circuit and water-coal ratio control circuit are added,new changes have taken place in control circuits of feed water system,fuel system,superheated steam temperature,and in units control and operation mode.New thermal control requirements are proposed for ultra-supercitical units.Taking 3# and 4# 600 MW ultra-superciritical units of Huaneng yingkou power plant as the example,the control characters and control strategy are discussed and this provides the same kind units with reference for thermal control system design.
