蒲山大桥力学性能分析

摘    要:采用MIDAS/Civil软件建立蒲山大桥——下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的空间有限元计算模型,分3种工况计算该桥在恒载和恒载+活载作用下的桥梁力学性能,计算结果表明该下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的系杆最大压应力值为-12.6MPa,拱肋最大压应力值为-120.0MPa,均小于材料的设计抗压强度;吊杆安全系数最小为3.17,满足规范关于最小安全系数不得小于2.5的规定,具有较大安全储备;该桥梁在汽车荷载作用下位移满足设计规范正常使用极限状态下的变形要求。本文计算结果已为该拱桥的设计复核提供了参考。

Abstract:The software MIDAS/Civil is used to establish a three-dimensional finite model of truss type concrete-filled steel pipe suspender through arch bridge--Pushan Bridge.Three working conditions are considered to calculate the mechanical behavior of the bridge under dead load,dead and live loads.The calculated results indicate that the maximal compression stress in jointing beams is-10.8 MPa and the maximal compression stress in arch ribs is-112.0 MPa.So,the two compression stresses are all below design compression strength.The minimal safety factor of suspender is 3.22 and meets the rule that minimal safety factor should not below 2.5 and has sufficient margin of safety.Displacement of the bridge under vehicle loading can meet limit deformation requirements in design specification for normal service.The numerical results in this paper may provide a reference for the design of arch bridge.
