摘    要:电动加载系统的优点在于加载跟踪速度快。由于多余力矩的存在严重影响了加载精度和系统动态品质,因此消除多余力矩是加载系统保障加载精度的难点也是技术关键。基于实时性要求极高的导弹弹翼电动加载系统的硬件结构和控制原理,对多余力矩的产生原因、理论计算及消除方法进行了详细研究。实验结果表明,系统能有效消除多余力矩,精确、快速地模拟导弹弹翼在展开过程中的气流阻力,为导弹弹翼设计和导弹发射提供了大量实验数据。

Abstract:The high real-time requirement of the spreading of missile wing requires that electric loading system be used.To ensure achieving loading precision in the air,ground simulation must be done.But in ground simulation,surplus torque makes simulation results unreliable.Our aim is to analyze and eliminate surplus torque,thus making ground simulation results reliable and helpful for ensuring precision of spreading of missile wing in air.In the full paper,we explain our analysis and elimination of surplus torque in much detail;here we give only a briefing.Based on the hardware structure and operation principle of the system,the causes,mathematical model and test method of surplus torque for missile wing electric loading system are analyzed.We also designed and built an experimental setup that eliminates the surplus torque,makes simulation results reliable,and allows air resistance during spreading of missile wing to be accurately and rapidly simulated.These simulation results show preliminarily that :(1) system delay is less than 3 ms and meets the specified requirement of 5 ms;(2) loading error is less than 5% and meets the specified requirement of 6%.Using our experimental setup,we have performed many tests and accumulated a lot of test data that should be useful in the design of missile wing and launch of missile.
