变结构控制理论在导弹电动舵机系统设计中的应用

摘    要:本文运用变结构系统理论作为基本设计思想,设计了某型反坦克导弹的电动舵机系统,并提出了一种适合于此类型系统设计的滑态参数C的简单选择方法。文章建立了系统的数学模型,研究了导弹舵面铰链力矩和外加干扰力矩对系统参数的影响,设计了变结构控制器,并给出了系统具体电路实现。实物仿真和数字仿真均表明:所设计的系统达到性能指标要求,从而为反坦克导弹舵机系统设计提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:The Variable Structure System (VSS) Theory was established in the sixties1]2]5]. Since then, the theory's application area has been enlarging rapidly,for it brings to systems many strong robust characteristics such as invarianceproperties. Variable Structure Servo System is one application area; many sch-olars have done a lot of theoretical research work and some experiments 7],and proposed some control schemes. But the author has not found in the openliterature any paper which focuses on such high precision plants as servo systemsof missiles. This paper tries to make a start on filling in this gap in the openliterature. The author has designed a variable stucture controller for the electromech-anical servo system of an antitank missile, and accomplished hardware imple-mentation. Having considered the effects of the hinge torque and disturbancetorque on the rudders, the author simplifies the system and obtains a very sim-ple controller structure. The author has also proposed a convenient method tochoose the sliding mode parameters suitable for the kind of system discussedhere, and made the rudder operation easy by utilizing the inherent chattingof VSS. Simulation study shows that the electromechanical servo system designedhere can satisfy the performance requirments of the missile and posseses thesefeatures: simple hardware structure, good robustness and high speed.
