一种新的基体损伤与界面脱粘理论分析模型

摘    要:利用剪切滞后法,给出一种新的基体损伤模型;利用J积分理论,给出一种新的由基体裂纹导致的纤维/基体界面脱粘裂纹损伤模型。理论分析和数值计算得到了一些关于纤维增强复合材料强度和损伤有参考价值的结论,并对复合材料中一些常见的损伤破坏形式进行了定性的解释,由此表明本模型的可行性。

New Model of Matrix Damage and Interface Debonding in Fiber-Reinforced Composites
Abstract:When matrix is brittle and interface bonding is weak, it is usual that cracks develop first in the matrix and then interface debonding occurs. For this type of failure, we deem that models now used are not quite satisfactory and propose a new model. Even though Laws et al dealt with a different problem , their thought process is quite helpful to us in arriving at our new model. In section 1, we explain in detail the matrix part of our new model and, using shear-lag method, we derive eq. (21), which relates deterioration of mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced composites to damage in matrix. In section 2, we explain in detail the debonding part of our new model and, using J -integral method, we derive eq. (29), which indicates that debonding cracks can not be connected.
