机器学习在电梯安全管理评价中的应用研究

针对传统电梯安全评价方法准确性差、人为因素大的弊端以及目前电梯安全管理工作复杂等问题,提出了基于机器学习的电梯安全管理评价方法.利用安全检查表收集电梯安全状况相关数据,采用安全检查表分析法和模糊数学理论综合考虑影响电梯安全的各个因素的重要性以及影响程度,针对评价结果应用机器学习原理结合评价知识库已有的维修知识给用户提供全面有效的整改建议和措施,完成风险评估和风险评定的过程.实例应用表明该方法可以发现电梯系统管理和操作的潜在漏洞,通过风险降低措施可以提高电梯设备运行的安全性和稳定性,对保证电梯使用单位的人身安全和财产安全有重要现实意义.

Application of Machine Learning in Elevator Safety Management Assessment

Because the traditional elevator safety evaluation method has disadvatages of low accuracy and great humam factor and because the elevator safty management is complicated,a new method based on machine learning is proposed.Safety checklist analysis,fuzzy mathematical theory and machine learning techniques are used to accomplish the process of the risk estimation.The results of a practical example show that the potential risk is able to be discovered by the new method to improve the security and stability of elevator system.It is of practical significance in ensuring the personal safety and the property safety of the elevator users.
