| 摘 要： | 为了实现电除尘器用X型气流分布板冲孔设备的自动化,设计了一套自动控制系统.本设备由冲孔模具、板料定位夹持与进给系统和PLC控制系统等三部分组成,系统的控制采用SYSMAC CPM1AH-30CDR-A继电器输出型PLC,可实现此设备的控制要求.给出了冲孔系统工作循环的PLC控制流程框图及PLC的I/O点分配图.结果表明:用PLC进行控制的X型分布板的冲孔设备,可靠性高,可有效提高生产率和产品合格率.

Control System Design of Punching System with X-type Airflow-distribution Board |

| Abstract: | An automatic control system of a punching machine with X-type airflow-distribution board is designed for electrostatic precipitator production.The machine consists of punching moulds,board clamping,positioning and feeding system,and a PLC control system.The control system adopts SYSMAC CPM1AH-30CDR-A relay output type PLC according to the control requirements of the machine.The PLC control flowchart and I/O distribution diagram of the machine's work cycle are also presented.The results show that the reliability of the machine is high so that the productivity and eligibility are increased. |
