加热炉阻垢增效试验

摘    要:动力站掺水炉运行的是污水沉降罐出来的污水,加热后在盘管内壁生成大量的水垢,造成换热效率下降,加热炉出口温度降低,不能满足生产需求。针对这种情况,开展了加热炉阻垢现场试验。通过对污水水质化验分析,确定由PBTCA、HPMA按1:2复配阻垢剂,通过加药泵将阻垢剂加入到掺水系统中,进行掺水系统阻垢试验。试验结果表明,结垢速率降低了89%,加热炉效率提高了6%,阻垢试验有效地延缓了结垢速率,提高了加热炉换热效率。

Abstract:The furnace of Huyilian is running polluted water out of sewage sedimentation tank. The water heated in the furnace tube wall generates a lot of scale, resulting in the decrease of heat transfer efficiency and the reduction of outlet temperature, which can not meet the production needs. In such a situation, the furnace scale field trials were carried out. Laboratory analysis on the furnace, water quality, complex inhibitor is determined by PBTCA, HPMA by proportion of 1 : 2. The scale tests of water mixing system were carried through dosing pump inhibitor added to watered system. Tests show that fouling rate decreases by 89% , and furnace efficiency is improved by 6%. The scale tests effectively defer fouling rate, and improve the efficiency of the furnace heat exchanger.
