微细电火花加工用脉冲电源发展现状的分析

摘    要:微细电火花加工技术是微细加工领域最重要的加工技术之一。脉冲电源技术是影响电火花加工工艺指标的重要因素。为研究微细电火花加工用脉冲电源的主要研究现状及发展方向,以RC式脉冲电源和独立式脉冲电源为重点,对其工作原理、优缺点、工程实现的难易度进行分析,发现:RC式脉冲电源在能量控制方面仍有改进空间,可以从降低放电电容和放电电压2方面来进行研究;独立式脉冲电源应着眼于利用高速开关管从而减小脉宽,以降低单次脉冲能量。

Abstract:Micro EDM technology is one of the most important processing technologies for micromachining. Pulsed power technology is an important factor influencing electrical discharge machining process. In order to study the present situation and development of the main research direction of micro electric spark machining pulse power supply, the RC type pulse power and independent pulse power supply for the key, its working principle, advantages and disadvantages, engineering implementation complexity are analyzed in detail. Finally, the paper pointed out that RC pulsed power still had room for improvement in the energy control, could be studied from a lower discharge capacity and the discharge voltage; independent pulse power supply should focus on high speed switch so as to reduce the width, in order to reduce single pulse energy.
