制冷空调冷凝热回收的性能研究

摘    要:从利用空调冷凝热为研究出发点,以海信公司KFR-60LW/BP改装而来的试验台为例.在不同冷却水流量下的制冷剂温度,冷却水进出冷凝器的温度,不同冷却水流量下冷水的温度以及不同冷却水流量下压缩机输入的功率,并对这些实验数据进行了分析.实验结果:当冷却水流量为116L/h时,出冷凝器的冷却水温度为52.5℃,当冷却水流量从200L/h变化到600L/h时,其综合性能系数从5.51提高到7.04.

Abstract:This paper studies the use of air-conditioning condensation heat first, and then studies minitype air-conditioning condensation heat reclaim system. We use the test-bed which refits by haixin company' KFR--60LW/BP, to test refrigerant temperature in different flux of cooling water, the cooling water temperature passed in and out condensator, the cold water temperature and the compressor power in different flux of cooling water. And we also analyze these experiment data. In the experiment, when the flux of cooling water is 116 L/h, the outlet cooling water temperature is 52.5℃, when the flux of cooling water changes from 200 L/h to 600 L/h, the COPov enhances from 5.51 to 7.04.
