| 摘 要： | 建立了一种用于电站锅炉机组性能分析的单相介质换热器仿真模型。该模型采用集中参数法，其静态模型采用工程设计计算模型，考虑了设备的结构、流程及工质的物性等各种因素对流动与传热的影响；其动态特性计算考虑了工质及管壁金属蓄热的影响。模型的传热温压计算采用修正的算术平均温压，既简化了计算过程，又保证了计算精度。同时，也考虑了这些设备区附加受热面的传热计算。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a simulation model for singlephase heat exchanger in boiler. Its static algorithm is based on available engineering formulas that have considered the influences of the device structure, physical properties of the working medium. Its dynamic model takes the influences of heat accumulation of medium and tube metal into consideration. Influences of additional heat-transfer in the zone of heat exchangers, such as water wall etc. are also included in the model. |
