摘    要:针对炉跟机方式下的主汽压力控制问题,说明了克服系统中存在的2种不同的扰动途径:对由于煤种变化等引起的内扰,从控制结构和采用表征信号上分析了克服这种扰动的方案;对负荷变化引起的扰动,以抗干扰原则设计了前馈通道,并给出了结构形式和参数设计原则。实例说明,在设计中可舍弃一些烦琐且并非必要的测量信号,使方案简洁、明确并具有很强的克服扰动的能力。

Abstract:The authors present two different kinds of disturbances about main steam pressure control in boiler following operation mode. To overcome the internal disturbance caused by variation of coal type, a proposed scheme and some control parameters are discussed. To overcome the external disturbance caused by load variation, a feed-forward channel type and its structure parameters are designed. The application example shows that the proposed scheme has better anti-disturbance performance in rejecting some unnecessary signals.
