凝汽器换热系数计算及空气含量和污垢厚度对真空的影响分析

摘    要:对计算凝汽器换热系数的HEI公式、别尔曼公式和分部计算法进行了分析比较,介绍了如何利用分部计算法分析空气含量和污垢厚度对凝汽器换热系数的影响。定量分析了空气含量和污垢厚度对凝汽器换热及真空的影响趋势和影响程度。空气对凝汽器换热和真空的剧烈影响发生在空气相对含量小于0.5%时,随着空气含量的增加其影响逐渐减弱;水侧污垢对凝汽器换热系数和真空的影响与污垢层厚度基本上呈线性关系。

Abstract:The method of separate section calculating method which was used to analyze the influence of air content and scale on condenser heat transfer coefficient was presented.Characters of several calculating methods of condenser heat transfer coefficient were listed.The effects of air content and scale on condenser heat transfer and condenser vacuum were analyzed with this method.The obvious influence of air on condenser heat transfer coefficient and condenser vacuum appears when air content is less than 0.5%,and...
