基于便捷性和效益最大化的快速公交线网规划研究

为设计快速公交线网，结合杭州、常德、常州等市快速公交项目经验，提出快速公交线网规划的选线原则；选取线网便捷性作为最大约束条件，以柳州快速公交一号线线网规划为例进行分析，得出8条快速公交线路可以达到48条常规公交线路的运营效果，并采用时间相对效益值来衡量是否实施快速公交专用通道，目的是使快速公交效益最大化。

Study on Network Planning of Bus Rapid Transit Based on Convenience and the Max Benefit

According to the experiences of BRT projects implemented in Hang Zhou,Chang De,Chang Zhou and so on,we can turn out the principle of choosing rapid-bus route.This article regards the network convenience as the biggest constraint condition,taking Liuzhou no.1 bus rapid transit line network planning for example,to analyze the rationality of the Bus Rapid Transit network,and then come to the conclusion that 8 bus rapid transit lines can play 48 conventional bus line.At last this article applies time relative efficiency value to study implementation effect of special bus lane.The ultimate goal is to make rapid transit benefit maximization.
