摘    要:室内空气中的甲醛主要来源于压缩木制品,其浓度超过一定范围会导致人体致癌.近年来研究发现TiO2具有强光催化活性,无毒耐热、耐腐蚀,可将有机物降解为CO2和H2O等无机分子,反应条件温和.本文以负载了TiO2的陶瓷管对空气中的甲醛进行吸附,负载二氧化钛后陶瓷管对甲醛的吸附量增大了167%,几种活化方法中通风条件下紫外光照射和马弗炉焙烧的陶瓷管重活化效果最好.

Abstract:The most obvious HCHO contamination in indoor environment is the usage of compressed board made by urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin.It will cause cancer,when the concentration of HCHO in the air exceeds the limitation. Nowadays,it is found that titanium dioxide can photocatalytic all degrade the organic contaminationinto inorganic compounds such as CO_2 and H_2O et al,with strong photocatalytic activity,non-toxicity,heat-resistant quality,resistant to corrosion and moderate reacting condition.It is discovered in this paper that the absorption-degeneration rate of formaldehyde by ceramic tubes covered with TiO_2 was increased by 167% than by ceramic tubes only.Several reactive methods were compared,and it is found that effect of ceramics,reprocessed by illumination of UV-light in the condition of ventilating or by roasting in muffle furnace was best.
