微波辅助硫酸根自由基处理污泥

摘    要:利用K2S2O8在微波的条件下迅速产生具有强氧化能力的硫酸根自由基来对污泥进行预处理。以未处理的污泥作为实验对比,考察了处理前后污泥参数的变化情况。结果表明,通过增加K2S2O8投加量、微波时间以及微波功率,促进了污泥的破解,污泥的破解率呈上升趋势。当每克污泥悬浮物中K2S2O8的投加量为0.3g、微波时间为120s、微波功率为400W时,污泥的破解率达到17.85%;在氧化剂的作用下,污泥中微生物的细胞结构被破坏,微生物胞外聚合物被分解,胞内的一些有机物被释放到污泥上清液中,SCOD质量浓度由处理前的226.4mg/L增加到796.1mg/L,增加了2.5倍;TN质量浓度比处理前增加了60.24%;总磷质量浓度由处理前的16.47mg/L增加到35.13mg/L;蛋白质质量浓度由26.34mg/L增加到58.56mg/L,多糖质量浓度由13.65mg/L增加到44.11mg/L。

Abstract:The changes in some parameters of the sludge before and after pretreatment using sulfate radicals with a strong oxidation ability produced rapidly by K2S2O8 under the condition of microwave.The results showed that the cracking of sludge was promoted effectively and the ratio of sludge removal was raised by increasing the K2S2O8 dosage,microwave power and microwave time.The sludge removal rate reached 17.85% when K2S2O8 dosage is 0.3g,the microwave time is 120s,the microwave power is 400W.The SCOD was increased from 226.4 to 796.1mg/L in the presence of oxidant,because microorganism cells in the sludge were damaged,extracellular polymers of microorganism were broken,and intracellular organics were released into the sludge supernatant.The TN was increased by 60.24%,protein concentration was increased from 26.34mg/L to 58.56mg/L,polysaccharide concentration was increased from 13.65mg/L to 44.11mg/L.
