The Essential Theory and Operational Mode of Circular Economy

Circular economy is an operational mode of harmonious economic development with environment,it is a necessary selection of implementation on economic sustainable development in China. By examining the theory on transfer scarce resource and efficiency of energy sources, we suggest that circular economy isa n adaptive operational mode of economic development in modern society. We still suggests that it is of very importance to realize resources circulation utilization by establishing and perfecting its legal systems and favorable economic policies, fully playing the active role of social organizations policies in different activities of resources circulation.
