摘    要:针对可用输电能力问题展开了深入研究,构造了适合ATC问题特点的改进的粒子群优化模型,提高了ATC计算结果的准确性和有效性。首先,针对粒子群的搜索特点,提出并建立了自适应调整权重策略,提高了算法的适应性和收敛速度;其次,根据不等式约束在计算过程中越界量的大小,动态地调节惩罚函数,进一步提高了算法的收敛速度和准确性;最后,IEEE30节点系统验证了所建模型的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the research of available transfer capability(abr.ATC),this paper presents a new improved particle swarm optimization(abr.PSO) model that enhances the accuracy and validity of the ATC results.Firstly,pointing to the search characteristics of PSO a new self-adaptive adjustment strategy of inertia-weighted factor is proposed,which elevates the adaptability of PSO and accelerates convergence-speed of PSO all the more.Secondly,penalty function is also assigned dynamically according to the amount overrunning the upper-limit or lower-limit of inequality constraints during the calculating process.Finally,a case study of IEEE-30 bus system demonstrates the validity of strategies proposed in this paper.
