摘    要:采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVAc纳米纤维膜,并进行氧气低温等离子后处理以提高该材料的润湿性能.使用扫描电子显微镜观察了等离子处理前后纤维形貌的变化,同时进行了纳米纤维膜动态润湿性能的测试.实验结果表明:随着等离子处理时间的延长,纤维表面刻蚀效果明显;同时,润湿性能增加,这归因于氧气等离子处理的刻蚀及接枝作用.

Abstract:PVAc nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning,and then treated by cold oxygen plasma to improve its wettability.The morphology and wetting properties of nanofibers were characterized by scanning electronic microscope(SEM) and dynamic contact angle(DCA),respectively.The study revealed that the etching effect in the surface morphology of the nanofibres was related to the plasma treatment time.At the same time,the plasma treatment could considerably improve the wettability of PVAc nanofibers due to its etching and grafting effects.
