新型细纱机成型机构的研制

摘    要:首次提出了变频调速系统控制偏心凸轮机构应用于细纱机成型机构控制的新方法,并对机构部分进行实验建模及理论分析。实际运行结果表明,该设计克服了传统成型机构存在的不足,只需改变控制程序的输入指令即可改变输出运动规律,满足了不同卷装对钢领板升降运行的要求,达到了一机多用的目的。这种成型机构控制的自动化水平的提高为设计新型细纱机奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper firstly advances a control method which is frequency control eccentric cam being applied to the shaping mechanism of ring spinning frame. And experiment modeling and theoretical analyzig for the parts of mechanism are given. The results of site running show that the design overcomes deficiency of traditional shaping mechanism, and it is quite convenient to modify parameters concerned of the control program in order to gain all the shapers of movement law and to meet the needs of various kinds of packages. The increasing automation control of shaping mechanism is the foundation to design a new type of ring spinning frames.
