高吸水纤维的研制及其吸水性能的测试

摘    要:采用水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,分别合成AA/AMPS共聚物和AA/AMPS/AM共聚物,然后进行湿法纺丝,制得高吸水纤维并测定其吸(盐)水倍率.研究结果表明;在实验配比条件下,二元共聚吸水纤维随AMPS加入量增大,吸(盐)水倍率也随之增大;三元共聚吸水纤维随AMPS加入量增大,吸(盐)水倍率先增大后减小.

Abstract:Copolymers of AA/AMPS and AA/AMPS/AM were prepared by aqueous solution copolymerization and K_2S_2O_8 as the initiater. And two kinds of copolymers were spun in the way of wet spinning to obtain the superabsorbent fibres. Properties of the high absorbent are studied, which include water absorption and saline solution absorption. Under the conditions given by experiments, the results show that the water absorption of binary copolymerization is raised with increasing AMPS content. In the ternary polymerization, while increasing AMPS content, water absorption is up firstly and is down finally.
